‘Samvaad … a dialogue’ was established in 2004 as a platform to further the cause of emotional well-being.

Extensive research has established that success, quality of life, relationships and overall happiness are linked to Emotional Intelligence (EI). In a complex, diverse and dynamic world, EI is therefore the key to a balanced life. It is in fact essential to every aspect of life.

In our endeavor to help achieve success and happiness through EI, we conduct Workshops, Labs and Assessments in EI, and offer Counselling. Our special focus is in the areas of Communication, Learning and Sexuality.

‘Career Katta’ is a nodal agency of Govt. of Maharashtra. ‘Samvaad… a dialogue’ and Mithila have been associated with ‘Career Katta’ in training senior college students in Emotional Intelligence under NEP 2020 (National Education Policy 2020). Under this association, by 2025, more than 50,000 students have been trained.
